Hey guys, it's Chicca! Today i'm going to share with you some tips for deal with anxiety and stress, autumn is coming and this mean school, job and a lot of other things that you have to deal with for the next months.
The first tip is about food, it's really important to limit alcohol and caffeine 'cause they only make your anxiety grows up and remember to don't skip any meals, because your body need energies!
You probably don't know about "helpful foods": dark chocolate contains flavonoids, bee pollen has proteins and vitamins, really important is fruit like bananas and kiwi they have potassium and fibers.
A famous drink to "fight" anxiety is tea, like green tea, matcha tea, oolong tea and a lot more; it contains vitamin C and it's really good for a positive relaxing mood.
About apps there are some really good ones, but my favorite ever is Pacifica. It's full of sounds and it helps me a lot.
