Hey guys, it's Chicca here, and today I'm going to share with you some tips to have a good bedtime.
This is probably my favorite moment of the day and even if I'm really tired sometimes I cannot sleep, but I found some cool things that could help this out.
One of these things is read, you don't have to read a book but also a good magazine about fashion or gossip is good. Since I was little my teachers/parents told me to read before sleep because it helps you a lot and there is also a good chance to not do nightmares.
Another tip is to turn off your screen, I know it's "difficult", I'm the first one who checks social networks before bed but turning on the night shift mood could help a lot.
What I love the most before I actually fall asleep is to think and reflect about my day or about the day after, maybe make a to do list and organize my agenda.
In winter I love to drink a cup of hot milk with a little bit of honey or a cup of hot tea, it helps me to sleep a lot.
